Ingredients:
2 hearts of romaine (small)
1/2 yellow bell pepper (Chopped)
1 tomato (Chopped)
2 tbsp Tascosa Hot Sauce
1 handful of crackers (Crushed)
1/2 cup sauce (Leftover Coconut Curry, + cooked amaranth seeds)
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp bottled balsamic vinaigrette
This simple salad packs quite a bit of flavor! Definitely different from your typical hand-tossed salad!
