Not Your Typical Salad!


Ingredients:

  • 2 hearts of romaine (small)

  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper (Chopped)

  • 1 tomato (Chopped)

  • 2 tbsp Tascosa Hot Sauce

  • 1 handful of crackers (Crushed)

  • 1/2 cup sauce (Leftover Coconut Curry, + cooked amaranth seeds)

  • 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tbsp bottled balsamic vinaigrette


This simple salad packs quite a bit of flavor! Definitely different from your typical hand-tossed salad!
