Ingredients: 1/2 cup Tascosa Hot Sauce 8 eggs 4 tsps shredded cheese (Mexican) 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper 1/2 tsp kosher salt 2 tbsp cilantro (chopped) Directions: Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees and spray four 2 cup ramekins with non-stick cooking spray.
