Ingredients: 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts Tascosa Hot Sauce to taste Shredded cheddar cheese, for topping (Monterey Jack or Pepper Jack would work) Directions Flatten Chicken Breasts so they are of equal thickness for even cooking. In stir-fry skillet or any deep frying pan (with lid), heat your Olive Oil. Add the Chicken Breasts and brown on both sides until no longer pink inside. Pour Tascosa Hot Sauce to your liking. Use about a half a jar and pick your SPICE level!
Ingredients: 1⁄2 cup Tascosa Hot Sauce, (a little extra won't hurt!) 4 eggs salt, to taste black pepper, to taste 1⁄4 cup green onion (optional) 1⁄4 cup shredded cheese 1tablespoon cilantro, chopped vegetable oil Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly oil or spray a medium nonstick skillet with an ovenproof handle. Spoon salsa into the pan. Lightly press down salsa to make 4 evenly spaced shallow nests and break an egg into each. Add green onions and season eggs w
